While we are very proud of the stability and effectiveness of the ScreamerNet Controller, from time to time a unique situation causes a problem with ScreamerNet Controller and Lightwave. We make every attempt to be very responsive to problem issues when they arise, and are continuing to update the latest release as problems are resolved. If you are experiencing strange behavior with ScreamerNet Controller, first check to make sure you have the current version (4.1). If you do not have the current version, you may download it from our download page. If you continue to experience the issue with the most recent version, please send us an e-mail and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
